Cork conferences, kick offs and wellbeing days
Resilience Speaker Cork
Enda O’Doherty is a resilience and mental health keynote speaker who speaks to teams across Cork, from the city centre to the pharma and technology campuses of Ringaskiddy, Little Island and Carrigtwohill. Based in Waterford, he is under two hours from most Cork venues, so there are no flights or overnight costs to add to your budget.
A resilience keynote for Cork teams
Cork has one of the busiest workplaces in the country. Pharmaceutical and medical device plants run around the clock in the lower harbour, global technology companies run shift work and customer operations across the city, and the public sector carries some of the heaviest workloads in Munster. Teams like these are skilled and committed, and many of them are tired.
Enda’s keynote gives them practical ways to handle pressure, setback and change. He draws on 36 years in education, on running nine marathons in eight days carrying a washing machine on his back, and on the day altitude sickness stopped him an hour from the summit of Kilimanjaro and he had to let his friends carry the load. That story, and the tools that come with it, land as well on a factory floor in Ringaskiddy as in a boardroom on the South Mall.
The keynote runs for about an hour and is shaped around your agenda, in hotel conference rooms from Fota Island to the city centre, on site at your own campus, or online for teams spread across several sites. For the full detail on the talk itself, see Enda’s page as a resilience speaker in Ireland.
