This website, endaodoherty.ie, is run by Enda O’Doherty, a sole trader based in Waterford, Ireland. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what your rights are.
Information you send through the enquiry form
When you use the Let’s Talk form, you give your name, email address, phone number, event date and a description of your event, and you can add your organisation, location, event type, budget and how you heard about Enda. This information is used only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver the booking. It goes straight to Enda. It is not shared with any agency and it is never sold.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Where a booking goes ahead, invoices and related records are kept for the period required by Irish tax law.
Website analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so the site can be improved. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Some pages embed videos from YouTube. YouTube may set its own cookies when you play a video. The site uses YouTube’s privacy enhanced mode where possible.
The site is hosted by a third party hosting provider and uses a caching and security service to keep it fast and safe. These providers process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site to you.
Who information is shared with
Your details are shared only with the service providers needed to run this site and its email (hosting, email and form delivery), and where the law requires it. They are not passed to speaker bureaus, marketing companies or anyone else.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. To do any of this, email info@endaodoherty.ie or call 086 677 2154. If you are not happy with the response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
